We recommend that you secure your tickets in advance, as our experiences are often in high demand – especially on afternoons and weekends. Without online booking, there may be longer waiting times. Please note that places for our TIMERIDE GO! tours are very limited.

No, we value a paperless and environmentally friendly purchasing process. Feel free to print out your tickets. On site, however, it is sufficient to show the ticket on your cell phone.

No. As we are an organizer, it is no longer possible to change or cancel tickets after a binding booking has been made. For your understanding, please read our terms and conditions.

This can have several reasons. The date could be fully booked, then we can unfortunately do nothing.

The date is not actually scheduled for a guided tour. Then there is the possibility to offer a special date. In this case, special prices for the product take effect. For more info, please make a request here.

The time period you want is still far in the future. We may not have put the month on sale then. Keep checking back in the near future. Alternatively, you can ask here when the period goes on sale.

As a rule, we offer all our products in German and English. In the web store, a clear distinction is made here between the two language offerings. If there is no English offer, then we usually cannot offer this.

Many of our guests have never worn VR glasses before.

Don’t worry! We explain well on site how to put on the glasses and are always ready to help if anything remains unclear. Ask your time travel guide and follow his instructions, then nothing can go wrong.

We can reassure you: In the many years that TIMERIDE has been around, no one has gotten seriously sick. Our VR ride on the streetcar is relatively leisurely, so you can relax and take in your surroundings. In addition, the airflow and vibration simulate real locomotion.

As a rule, you can comfortably pull the VR glasses over your normal glasses. Varifocals should be removed for the journey or replaced by Single vision glasses be replaced. If your glasses are too big, we recommend wearing contact lenses.

Conventional hearing aids can be worn under the headphones, you just need to be careful when putting on the VR glasses. Your time travel guide will be happy to help you put on the VR glasses.

We understand that celebrations together can sometimes invite you to have a drink or two – who can resist that? But a clear head is important for our time travel. For safety reasons, guests under the influence of alcohol are unfortunately unable to attend. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse admission and a refund will not be possible.
