Experience the magic of time travel in Berlin circa 1985
What it’s like to stand on one side of a wall and only follow life on the other side on the screen is what you’ll experience at the first stop on your time travel in Berlin. Our digital time travel companion welcomes you to the Wall Room and lets you experience with your own eyes what life was like on the other side of the city.
We continue in front of a large screen on which three contemporary witnesses are introduced to you. All three experienced the divided Berlin with and differently. Which report do you find most exciting? Think about who you choose, because in the last section of this time travel experience, your witness will accompany you on a virtual bus ride through bygone Berlin.
The third stop is our bus stop, where you take a seat in our time travel bus and put on VR goggles. Now it’s time to: Buckle up – and back we go to the year 1985! The highlight of the journey is the emotionally charged reunification of Berlin at the fall of the Berlin Wall, before you are led back to the present and the magic of this journey through Berlin slowly fades away.
