Your personal guide will lead you on the 90-minute tour to the central scenes of the 20th century. At selected stops, you put on mobile VR glasses and experience first-hand what this place once looked like – the perfect past-today comparison.
Prussian Berlin and the Golden Twenties with their legendary movie theaters come to life before your eyes. Let the monumental buildings of the Nazi dictatorship take effect on you and stand in the midst of the ruins of 1945. Experience the feeling of standing in the border strip of divided Berlin and, thanks to the mobile VR glasses, be there live at the fall of the Wall in 1989!
With TimeRide GO! you will experience a unique time travel that will catapult you into the middle of history: For Berliners, visitors and friends of the capital.

How does time travel work? Information to TimeRide GO!
TimeRide GO! is a guided city tour that takes a look at the history and change of your respective city. You put on a pair of mobile VR goggles at various historical locations: In virtual reality, you can see what the place you are currently in looked like at a certain point in history. A fascinating past-today comparison awaits you!
The stationary TimeRide takes place exclusively in our TimeRide “Senseum”. You get a guided tour through different, lovingly designed rooms. Your highlight: the virtual reality time travel.
As we all know, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes! Joking aside, we try to run TimeRide GO! even in rainy weather. If our tours cannot take place on the day of the event, we will inform you by phone in time. Therefore, please be sure to include a phone number with your reservation. In addition, you should be weatherproof for every tour, because sometimes a rain shower comes as a surprise. This includes sturdy shoes, a jacket and umbrella.
Your tour starts at the TimeRide Senseum. Your tour guide will be waiting for you.
Children between the ages of 8 and 14 can participate in TimeRide GO! if accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, participation is not possible for children under the age of 8.
TimeRide GO! lasts about 90 minutes.
As a rule, you can comfortably pull the VR glasses over your normal glasses. Varifocals should be removed or replaced with single-vision glasses while wearing the VR set. If your glasses are too large, we recommend wearing contact lenses.
At our TimeRide GO! we overcome steps and stairs. Therefore, it is difficult to participate with a wheelchair. If you have a question, feel free to contact us!
The concept of TimeRide GO! relies heavily on visual impressions. In addition, your guide will explain what you are seeing. With appropriate impairments, the overall experience of your time travel will probably be diminished.
