Time travel at the LEEZODROM is an unforgettable experience for a wide audience: children from the age of six, adults, senior citizens, families, tourists and locals, bicycle enthusiasts, history buffs and technology fans. Many guests subsequently visit us at the other TIMERIDE locations.

You can buy tickets for the LEEZODROM conveniently online in our webshop or, subject to availability, at the box office on the day. We recommend that you secure your tickets in advance, as our experiences – especially on afternoons and weekends – are often in high demand. Without online booking, there may be longer waiting times.

No, it is enough if you can show the ticket on your cell phone.

No, we value a paperless and environmentally friendly purchasing process. Of course you can also print out your tickets. On site, however, it is sufficient to show the ticket on your cell phone.

No. As we are an organizer, it is no longer possible to change or cancel tickets after a binding booking has been made. For your understanding, please read our terms and conditions.

This can have several reasons. The date might already be fully booked, please look for an alternative date.

The date is not actually scheduled for a guided tour. Then there is the possibility to offer a special date. In this case, special prices for the product take effect. For more info, please make a request here.

The desired time period is still far in the future. We may not have put the month on sale then. Keep checking back in the near future. Alternatively, you can ask here when the period goes on sale.

The discount is available to: Children & adolescents from 6 to 15 years; families of 4 or more with min. 1 child up to 15 years; people with disabilities (from GdB 50) and their responsible companion (B)as well as trainees, pupils and students up to the age of 26 with appropriate proof.

We do not offer bilingual tours. Our tours are usually offered in German or English. The respective dates in the respective language are marked with the German or British flag. Some tours are only offered as exclusive tours in English and charge a group fee. Send us the completed inquiry form and we will send you a quote.

Many of our guests have never worn VR glasses before. Don’t worry! We explain on site how to put on the glasses. Nothing can break.

We can reassure you: In the many years that we have been time traveling, no one has really gotten sick. Our VR ride on the bike is relatively leisurely so that you can relax and take in your surroundings. In addition, vibration simulates real locomotion.

You can usually pull the VR glasses comfortably over your glasses (conventional models with not too large lenses and narrow frames, models with oversized lenses and thick frames are not possible). Varifocals are not suitable, only single vision glasses. If your glasses are too big, we recommend wearing contact lenses.

The concept of TIMERIDEis strongly based on visual and auditory impressions. With appropriate impairments, the overall experience of your time travel will likely be diminished.

We understand that celebrations together can sometimes invite you to have a drink or two – who can resist that? But a clear head is important for our time travel. For safety reasons, guests under the influence of alcohol are unfortunately unable to attend. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse admission and a refund will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding – we look forward to going on a journey through time with you sober and full of anticipation.
