If you bought your voucher before March 2020 or received it as a gift, then our reservation form applies.
Vouchers from March 2020 can be redeemed directly in the online store.

Purchase until February 2020 Old Vouchers
You can recognize a voucher that has been purchased until February 2020 by the fact that:
- the voucher code has 10 digits
- all letters are capitalized

You can recognize a voucher that has been purchased from March 2020 by the fact that:
- the voucher code has 16 digits
- all letters are in lower case
